Delivery Policy

Our flowers are delivered via our network of preferred local florists to all 50 States and Canada.

Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available. Normal delivery hours for our preferred florists are between 9:00AM and 7:00PM.

For same day delivery – orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone. During peak holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same day delivery cutoff time may be earlier. Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed.

All orders will be assessed a $14.99 Delivery Charge. If sending more than one item to the same location on a single order, only one Delivery Charge charge will be assessed.

We will do our very best to offer delivery by the date specified on your order. If we are unable to delivery by the delivery date on your order due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we make every attempt to delivery by the next available opportunity. If we can’t deliver in time due to a circumstance under our control, we will make an effort to make it up to you.
